Yes! If you're having trouble creating an image. Please send us your HTML/CSS and what you're trying to accomplish. We usually reply within 24 hours.
Each plan comes with an included number of image conversions. A monthly subscription of 3,000 images is good for 3,000 created images or for one month, whichever comes first.
Image downloads are unlimited, we only count the creation of the image.
The API is built to support enterprise level volume. We have no queues or concurrency limits. You can create as many images as you want, as fast as you'd like.
Images are counted on creation only. Downloads are unlimited. If you create an image once, and it's downloaded 1,000 times, only 1 image is counted towards your quota.
For paid accounts, your image URLs will continue to work for as long as you have a paid subscription.
For free accounts, we delete images after one year.
You will receive emails at 85% and 100% usage for the month. You can either upgrade your plan, or have us enable overages for your account.
We do not automatically upgrade plans for you.
Overages are billed at $10 per 1,000 images.

You can cancel your plan at any time by visiting the Dashboard and clicking "Manage subscription". Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Yes, we can create custom plans for any customers using over 500k images per month. We do not create smaller custom plans due to the amount of manual work it requires for us to set up.
